HOT: The Koshary Festival

The Koshary Festival, a one-day event being held with a group of chefs from local koshary restaurants attempt to create a plate of koshary big enough to feed thousands.

Koshary is an Egyptian staple that consists of a mixture of pasta, rice, humus, lentils, onions, garlic and tomato sauce.
Huge bags of rice, lentils, pasta and tomatoes are waiting to be cooked on Saturday as Egyptians look to leave their mark on this year`s Guinness Book of World Records by creating the world's biggest plate of local dish koshary.

Hey, guys, when you were a child, what job did you dream to do?

Well, when I was young, I wanted to be a musician and dancer. As I showed great interest in dancing and playing musical instruments, I told my mother "Mom, I want to a star shining on stage with the whole world watching my show." Then my mother crashed my dream saying "Ohh,are you sure you can make money by being a star. Don't dream thoes that are unrealistic. You need to study harder and find a decent job to support your family." Since then, I gave up my dream, studied harder and now I have entered the workplace for almost half a year. My job is not the one I dreamed to do. But I love my job as it gives me a sense of achievement. Though I abandoned my dream I have never gave up my interest in music and dance.

Jay Chou and Hannah Quinlivan are now husband and wife.

The multi-hyphenate Mandopop star, who promised to get married by the time he turns 36 years old (January 18，2015), married his 22-year-old bride, Hannah Quinlivan in a private ceremony yesterday.

Photos of their wedding photoshoot were released after their wedding nuptials which started at 11.30pm last night (3.30pm in England). The grand affair was held at Selby Abbey, an Anglican Parish church in North Yorkshire, England.
