Believe it or not!
A:听说他要辞职了，去国外工作。
B:真的吗？不可能吧？
A:信不信由你！
A:I heard that he wants to resign and going to work abroad.
B:Really? No way!
B:Up to you whether you believe it or not!
“Xìn（信）” is believe, “yóu nǐ（由你）” means “it’s up to you”, this sentence has the same meaning with “ài xìn bu xìn（爱信不信）” to express the speaker’s upset feeling.
