After Hello HSK's latest update, our iOS App seems to crash on startup, an estimated number of 6,000 users were affected, we are deeply sorry and would like to apologize for that.
Original users from Android and both New users from iOS and Android will not be affected.
Meanwhile, here's our solution on how to fix the problem: delete your Hello HSK App on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and download from iTunes again.
Step 1: Locate Hello HSK App on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
Step 2: Press and hold the icon with your finger, after a couple of seconds, the icon will start to shake
Step 3: Press the cross (X) in the corner of the Hello HSK App icon (See Image below), your Hello HSK App will then be removed
Step 4: Open App Store on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
Step 5: Search "Hello HSK" and then download your Hello HSK App according to your own level
Step 6: Open your Hello HSK App, type in your registered email and password, you are good to go
Once again we'd like to apology for all the trouble might have been brought to you. We learn from our mistakes and will do a better job next time.
