Pop Chinese:初生牛犊不怕虎。

chū shēnɡ niú dú bú pà hǔ.

初 生 牛 犊 不 怕 虎。

New-born calves are not afraid of tigers.

This phrase can be used in these two situations: If a fresh man (or a young man)disobeyed the leader (or old tradition rules)and what he has done was much better than the former, we can say “chū shēnɡ niú dú bú pà hǔ(初生牛犊不怕虎)”to express our admire; Otherwise, if the fresh man (or young man) disobeyed them and what he has done was very terrible we can say this phrase to describe his arrogant and reckless.
