“fēnɡ(风)” means wind. “yǔ(雨)” means rain. Rainbow is called “cǎi hóng (彩虹)” in Chinese. As we know, rainbow is usually seen after a heavy rain. So we usually use this sentence to tell people that no cross, no crown.
